The problem
A typical Singapore credit-card user holds four to six cards, each with its own reward categories, minimum-spend tiers, cap limits, and fine-print exclusions. Figuring out which card to tap at which merchant is a mental chore — and most of us either pick the same card every time or guess wrong.
The banks don’t make this easier. Reward rules are spread across footnotes, T&Cs, and occasional updates buried in marketing emails. Generic comparison sites list cards but don’t tell you which one in your wallet to use right now.
What Perqa does
Perqa tracks the reward rules for 100+ Singapore cards — the exact rates, the amount you need to spend to unlock bonuses, the monthly and annual limits, and all the little exceptions banks love to hide in footnotes. When you search for a merchant, Perqa ranks the cards you actually own by what you’ll earn right now, given what you’ve already spent this month.
It’s not a comparison site. It’s a daily tool that makes sure you never leave rewards on the table when it matters — at the checkout.

Every bank, every neighbourhood supermarket, every quirky reward exclusion — Perqa is tuned for how credit cards actually work in Singapore. We import statements from every major bank, recognise the shops you actually go to, and handle all the fiddly reward rules so you don’t have to.

The web app works on every modern phone today — Add to Home Screen for an app-like experience. The native apps are live too: download Perqa on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).
What we stand for
Your data stays yours
We never store card numbers, CVVs, or bank login credentials. Statement PDFs are read once by our parser and discarded. We don't sell data, don't serve ads, don't track you across the web.
Rankings you can trust
Recommendations are pure maths — whichever card earns you the most. If you apply through a link we may earn a referral commission, but it never changes which card we recommend. More at /about/how-we-make-money.
Honest about accuracy
Reward rules change. We update the data as fast as we can but we'll never pretend to be perfect. If a rate changes and we miss it, tell us and we'll fix it within days.
Who we are
Perqa is built by Finly Labs Pte. Ltd., a small team based in Singapore. We started with a spreadsheet, then a prototype for ourselves, then a beta that friends kept asking for. We’re in beta now and listening hard to what early users tell us.
