Welcome to Perqa. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Perqa application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Finly Labs Pte. Ltd. (“Finly Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) from Singapore. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Perqa

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Singapore (or intending to use Singapore-issued credit cards) to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet these criteria.

2. What Perqa is — and what it isn’t

Perqa is an informational tool that helps you track the credit cards in your wallet, recommends which card to use based on publicly-available reward structures, and provides insights into your past spending. The Service is currently offered in beta.

Perqa is not a financial institution, financial adviser, or payment processor. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, tax, legal, or credit advice. Reward rules, bonus categories, minimum spends, caps, and exclusions are maintained on a best-effort basis from publicly-available bank information and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify current rates and terms directly with your bank before making a purchase decision.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@perqa.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the information you provide to Perqa, including your wallet selections, logged transactions, and imported card statement data. You grant Finly Labs a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process this information solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that any statement files you upload relate to accounts belonging to you and that you have the right to share them with us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without our permission.
Access the Service using automated tools (bots, scripts) other than standard browsers.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure.
Submit false or misleading information, or upload files that contain malware.

6. Beta service

Perqa is provided as a beta product. This means the Service may contain bugs, features may change or be removed without notice, and uptime is not guaranteed. We welcome your feedback at support@perqa.app — it genuinely shapes what we build next.

7. Intellectual property

The Perqa name, logo, interface, code, and original content are owned by Finly Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Bank and merchant names referenced in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their inclusion does not imply that we are endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official partner of those banks or merchants. Where we participate in a card issuer’s referral or affiliate programme, it is disclosed in our How we make money page, and it never affects our recommendations.

8. Third-party services

Perqa relies on third-party infrastructure (for example, Supabase for data storage and Vercel for hosting) and references information about banks and merchants. Your use of these third parties’ services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third parties.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finly Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that recommendations will maximise your rewards or that reward data is accurate or current at any moment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finly Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of rewards, profits, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finly Labs from any claim, demand, or damage arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@perqa.app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we stop offering the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you via email or an in-app message before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
