Delete it yourself, in the app
The fastest way — your account and data are removed immediately:
- Open Perqa and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete forever.
Or request it by email
Email support@perqa.app from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We’ll verify it’s you and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly removes everything tied to it: your profile and preferences, your wallet and cards, all logged spend and transactions, imported statements, sign-up-bonus tracking, points balances, and any Ask Perqa chat history. Your login is removed at the same time.
No leftover copies
Card-reward reference data (rates, fees, bonuses) is public information and isn’t personal to you, so it stays. We may retain minimal records only where the law requires it (e.g. tax/audit). Everything else is gone.
Changed your mind?
Deletion can’t be undone — there’s no recovery window. You’re always welcome to create a fresh account later. Questions first? Reach us at support@perqa.app.
