- New-to-AMEX: no existing/supplementary AMEX consumer card AND none cancelled in past 12 months
- Apply 30 Apr – 16 Jun 2026; approval within 45 days of application
- Pay full Annual Membership Fee S$1,744 (incl 9% GST) in first monthly statement (strictly required)
